1. Services Provided
8PRO Design offers 3D modeling, technical drawing, and machining services. All work is custom-tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, based on the project scope and written agreement.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotes provided are valid for 15 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary depending on design revisions, additional features, or changes requested by the client after the initial agreement.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit of [50%] is required before project initiation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to the delivery of final files or physical components.
- Late payments may incur a [5%] monthly late fee.
4. Revisions and Approval
- The client is entitled to up to [2] rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified.
- Additional revisions will be billed separately.
- Once the final design is approved by the client, 8PRO Design is not responsible for any errors or omissions.
5. Delivery and Turnaround Time
Delivery times vary by project and will be outlined in the initial quote. Delays caused by late feedback, scope changes, or external suppliers are not the responsibility of 8PRO Design.
6. Intellectual Property
- All original designs and drawings remain the property of 8PRO Design until full payment is received.
- After payment, the client receives a non-exclusive license to use the work for the agreed-upon purposes.
- 8PRO Design reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio or promotional materials unless a confidentiality agreement is signed.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and project details as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or agreed upon in writing.
8. Liability
8PRO Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered designs or products. We do not guarantee product performance unless explicitly stated.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a project is canceled by the client after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Any additional work completed will be billed accordingly.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico & USA.
